Processing & Shipping
All COMASUAR orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are fulfilled in the exact order they’re received. Because our drops are limited, an item may sell out before your order finishes processing.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation via email (or SMS).
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of every COMASUAR piece.
Because our drops are limited and handled with care, all sales are final, with one exception:
Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Exchanges are for the same item only (different size)
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• If your size is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit
We do not accept:
• Refunds
• Returns for worn or washed items
• Exchanges outside the 14-day window
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately.
If you request a change after the order is completed, the order may be cancelled automatically to prevent fulfillment errors.
Fraud Protection
For security purposes, the shipping and billing address must match.
This helps your order pass our fraud protection system and ensures it’s processed and shipped without delays.
