ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because many COMASUAR products are produced in limited quantities, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or styles selected during checkout.

Please review your order carefully before placing it.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If we make a mistake or you receive a defective item, we’ll make it right.

Contact info@comasuar.com within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact both the shipping carrier and our support team at info@comasuar.com.

DISCOUNT CODES

Only one discount code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.
